2. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information:
- Your name, address, and email address.
- A description of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, to an appropriate judicial forum) and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts and access of users who are repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with applicable law and our internal policies.
4. Good Faith and Legal Considerations
Submitting a false or fraudulent DMCA notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability. The DMCA procedures require honesty under penalty of perjury. If you are unsure whether material infringes copyright, consider seeking legal advice before submitting a notice.
5. Modifications to This Policy
We may revise this DMCA Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
