By using ToolMyPic.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, you can... well, you probably won't read this anyway.

2. Description of Service

ToolMyPic provides "pointless tools for productive procrastination." This means our tools are for entertainment only. They are not psychological evaluations, medical advice, or life coaching. They're jokes. Please laugh.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use our tools for actual important life decisions (we warned you)
• Spam, harass, or be generally unpleasant
• Try to break our beautiful, pointless tools
• Take anything on this site seriously (except this clause)

4. Intellectual Property

All content on ToolMyPic is ours. The jokes, the roasts, the questionable advice - it's all copyrighted. But feel free to share screenshots! That's kinda the point.

5. Disclaimers

OUR TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "FOR ENTERTAINMENT ONLY." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT ACCURACY, USEFULNESS, OR SANITY. THE ROASTS ARE RANDOM, THE JUDGMENTS ARE ARBITRARY, AND THE PERSONALITY TESTS ARE COMPLETELY MADE UP.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Existential crises caused by the Life Wasted calculator
• Relationship problems from following Decide For Me advice
• Mild to severe embarrassment from sharing roast results
• Time wasted on our site (that's the whole point, remember?)

7. Indemnification

If you use our "Decide For Me" tool to make a terrible life choice and then try to sue us... don't. Just don't.

8. Modifications to Terms

We might update these terms. The updates will probably involve adding more jokes and disclaimers.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the Laws of Common Sense and the Principles of Not Being Ridiculous.
